Note by the Treaty Office
The Council of Europe’s official treaty web site is now available in French, German, Italian and Russian through
the links in its upper navigation banner.
Texts of treaties in Html and Word format, as
well as explanatory reports, which are not available in German, Italian or
Russian will be displayed automatically in English (with a link towards the French
version) until their replacement by a translation into these languages.
Conventions and agreements opened for signature
between 1949 and 2003 were published in the "European Treaty Series"
(ETS Nos. 001 to 193 included). From 2004, this Series is continued by the
"Council of Europe Treaty Series" (CETS No. 194 and following). For
technical reasons, the research pages contained in this site use only the new
denomination. |
